We can understand the people of the USA who don't cheer other people and are quiet in assessing situations and people. They don't want to get caught up in the moment or be biased in an all or nothing pressure situation. What happened with Trump as President of the USA is that he is a highly capable and common-sense person who was a great Administrator for the complicated USA. People who saw his work but aren't a person who cheers much in life, knew that the USA policies and the results of the Trump Administration lifted up the spirit, the morals, the goodness, the security and the finances of any individual citizen. Every individual is unique and every person legitimately in the USA is part of the group called People of the United States. That Truth is fair and just and the core of the Trump results as the President of the USA. No cheering required, just recognizing good work and expecting it from our Presidents is good enough to vote for it.
